I had some Allergies also. I switched to a store that sells non-toxic cleaning supplies and most of my allergies have disappeared and the ones I have left I have under control and I don't get near as many attacks. I used to use Lime away which always brung on an attack, and I started using a non-toxic tub and tile cleaner and I noticed the difference right away. After that I started getting more and more non-toxic items and the difference is like night and day. I even use non-toxic make-up!
