just came across your msg from 2004 about your wife.
I hope she is better.
I had hives, headaches ... I read the book Excitotoxins by Neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock. If you can get it or read it in bookstore, do it.
Stay away from msg. Monosodium glutamate, sulfites, aspartame. Bland is the key. It means no fermented things, wine, vinegar, although mozarella cheese, and monterey jack is ok. No Aspartame, gum, soda, candy. All foods allowed are unprocessed and homemade. Baked chicken, that you bake. Milk (but not creamers) are ok. Brown sugar has sulfites stay away. But white is ok. Hamburgers, eggs are ok. But no ketchup, only salt and pepper. Only white bread. Fresh brewed tea, iced -ok. But not bottled tea from store. No yeast based vitamins. this might all sound crazy, but has worked for me. And I am not depressed anymore.
Good luck and God Bless
