Have you looked into natural latex mattresses? We *love* ours and it comes with a 20 year warranty. You won't find that on any other "regular" mattress. Ours goes under the name "Electropedic" (an adjustable bed without the motor, etc... just the mattress part of it), but there are many other manufacturers. We got ours--including the "foundation" (box spring)--for about $1300. We have a queen size.
