I would suggest you research the Trough type reflectors using
vegetable oil in pipes as a heat transport medium and then by
means of a pump sending the heated oil to a heat exchanger
immersed in a hotwater tank,the Solar array will of course not
work at night so the insulated water tank will hold the heat in
for demand at night,especially if you use a programmable setback
thermostat set lower at night,say down to 55degrees..ideally,the
setup would be in a south facing attic where the roof is cut away
and glazing is installed,the size would depend on the demand
which depends on the climate,,be sure to make it leakproof...
