It's probably already been thought of and disproved as inefficient. Let's say you take an electric based car and you take one of those fan like things that you often see on top of a building (don't know what they are called but they look like this...________

) Do you see what I mean? Well anyways... you take one of them and put it right above the grill of the car and you connect it to the battery (or whatever you electric guys do), and as you drive down the highway (or just on regular streets), it will turn the fan and charge the battery.
Also, what if you take those sports cars that have the headlights that flip up and put a little fan in each of them for added wind charging.
Might seem ridiculous, I don't really know anything about energy consumption and things, but I like the idea.
