yes,that could generate electricity and help to charge batteries,
probably not very much,but some,i think the idea might be better
used by internal combustion engines for charging a spare battery
for emergency vehicles for onboard battery powered equipment,to
keep them fully charged,like a trickle charger..of course the
Drag will cost you in speed,but a low torque fire engine or even
a bigrig might be able to use something like it..I think you
should go further with it and work out the math of it,just for
exercise and to get a better appreciation of energy physics..You
should study Solar utilization,passive direct gain,etc.fascinatin
