Help Please

My mom has these fibromalgia. She hasn't had the time to find anything that can really help her because she has been working to support our family. The kind of work she does makes it even worse she is a waitress in a buffet. I have been trying to find a treatment that could really help her so she can concentrate on herself. I haven't had much luck on finding anything so if anyone has any information that could possibly help me please e-mail me or something. Please I would really apperiate it.
