Dear Allie, I also did not feel better on 2 scoops or servings a day of immune26. I had to call Dr. Hellen Greenblatt, the respected scientist who developed it. She told me to get off of all other nutritional supplements until I did get better, since many herbs can interfere with the effectiveness. Our Immune System's are out of balance & some of us need to stop other things to avoid confuse it, further. And, you must find your own personal serving size. Don't quit until you go to 3-4 servings a day for at least 10 days...you had a full 90 day guarantee. You can probably decrease, later. Bedridden people sometimes need 6 or more servings. Also, forget Flex if cost is an issue...too expensive. Sam's has plain glucosamine sulfate 1000 mg caplets for $10...I take 4 pills or 4,000 mg with my immune26 (patent-granted last year to boost effectiveness for joint health!!!)every morning since it simply works better that way. You can always try to decrease that, later too but why waste time by starting with a tiny amount. (Like 2 capsules of Flex or only 1,000 mg.) There are other considerations, too but enough for now(: Lynne Cassaro 985-542-4399
