The reason that massage therapy works it because when you get a massage it loosens toxins from you lymphatic system. Anyone with CF/FM should check out the website www.VibrantHealth.tv . The pharmacist that has come up with the program called Vibrant Health had both of these diseases along with a few others and on disability for 7 years. The basis of her program is that toxins from our environment lower out immune systems and cause our bodies to not function normally. Then when Doctors prescribe medication it masks the problem and in the end just adds to it by making your body more toxic. The program is easy and consists of only 3 steps. It does require that you take nutritional supplements and the cost us usually around $100 per month. But I know a lot of people who pay more than that per month on their prescriptions. The bonus about the program is that it also results in weightless over time. I have been on this program for 9 months and have lost over 30 lbs as well as improved my health.
