I have never been diagnosed with Fibro. but after reading all I do about it, I know I probably have a touch of it. I too have episodes where I ache all over for no reason--this can last for months on in. Feel sick for no reason.. Does anyone ever have muscles ache in their arms. My right arm is hurting so bad and they said it was tendonitis.. I am thinking this is all part of it. I have had this almost a month now. Thanks...
