I have fibromyalgia/TMJ/Irritalble bowel Syndrome-need help

Hi, My name is Holli and I am new to the board. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about a year ago. I have had TMJ since about 13 year ago. It has gotton worse over the years with no relief from physical therapy. I also developed Irritable Bowel Syndrome about 2 yrs ago. I feel achy all over, cannot get up in the mornings,moody and depressed. It takes pain meds and coffee to get me going about 2 hours or so. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I cannot function anymore, cant hold a job, or play with kids etc. I feel like I cannot go on, thats how bad it is getting. Thanks for your help and the message boards, at least I know I'm not alone, and its real and not in my head.
