Hot tingling hands

I am 45 years old, I have been told by Dr. that I have FMS,
they started me on Effexor XR, and amitriptilene....I have had the Effexor increased twice, and my pain just comes back after a few months. I have pain in my forehead, around my eyes, my ribs hurt all the time even to take a breath, my hands are always hot and swollen, my hips and down my thighs hurt my hips hurt when I get up and down alot. In addition, I have the knees, elbows, and back. I feel so tired, and I don't want to go back to the Dr. I have been several Dr. and they just don't take this serious.

Can someone tell me if the hot swollen hands, etc are all part of FMS.. AND what can I do.
