Fibromalgia is a disease that the doctors know little about themselves. It is all about trail and error on the paitients part.I to have this disease and I have been researching it for a year now. To start with two inexpensive drugs that will help to start are amitriptyline it is an anti-depressant but given in a low dose 25mg one @ night will relax the muscles and help with sleep. Lorazapam is an anxiety pill that will also relax the muscles and aid in sleep.1mg @night I use both toghther. The is more than that to go into like proper rest, proper eatting and exercise.
