I am taking three, three times a day, if that is what your asking about. If what your asking is what exactly the product is, or what it does, I don't know that I could answer that question. It was explained to me once before, but I would not want to give you any false information that would be missleading, as this was a while back. However, I was told by the person who sold it to me that I could call the number on the bottle for information on the product from the company.
