i have had pains for a few months. i never heard of such a thing as IBS (irratable bowel sydrome) until yesterday. i went to my local GP and explained what i was feeling and she knew straight away. it was a shock. this morning i searched the internet for more information and i realised it is very common. the thing that worries me is that i have a very stressful job. i am confused and i want to learn how to control it. thankyou
