I was dx with fibromylagia 5 yrs ago and I had never heard of it before myself. At first I was able to control my pain with exercise, walking and other natural remedies but in the last 1-2 that is not even working, I cant stand more then 10 minutes without it feeling like by back is going to brake inhalf and my knees achy so bad. I dont get anymore then 4 hours asleep a night and that's not a good sleep and about 2 yrs ago they increase my pain med from vicodine 500 mg to 750 mg 2 tabs 3 times daily which is not working anymore. I still work full time as a secetary and the pain is out of control so yestday my dr gave me an rx for duragesic patch 25 mcg I have not tried it yet still not sure about it because I dont know anything about it and I dont like taking med's. If anyone could help me out with this please let me know. THANK YOU
