dog friendly villas or condos in sarasota please help me!

I'm looking for a maintenance free place that allows fences in the villas backyard...or a
first floor condo, garden apt. that has a backyard that i can fence in.. I have a jack russell
terrior and i want to move into a maintenance free community that really caters to dogs! please help!!!
