Bush replaces the Bald Eagle

Bush signed an executive order replacing the Bald Eagle as the symbol of america. In it's place he has designated the Condom because it more accurately reflects his political stance.

His reasoning:

A condom allows for inflation
it halts production
it destroys the next generation
it protects pricks
and it will give you a sense of security while you are being screwed
