I am out $1800 for a bed that we could only use for 6 months. It developed a soft spot in the middle that began to hurt both my wife and my back. Temperpedic steadfastly failed to respond except to demand a picture of the mattress with a straight edge showing at least a 3 inch hole. Because this is a foam matteress that will not likely happen. The test is questionable. I am selling it in a garage sale. By the way I am told this is the best place to by them. Other suggestions I now have a semi firm Sealy pillow top that is wonderful.
