Whenever I need to wake up early the next morning, my body doesn't allow me to sleep at night. What I mean by that is, I do feel tired, but my body just doesn't let me sleep. And if I do fall asleep, I will wake up every hour or so to check the clock and see what time it is. And the worst thing is, if I have to wake up at 6am, and I wake up around 4 or 5, I can't fall asleep anymore because I somehow feel that I won't be getting many hours of sleep anyways so there's really no point in going back to sleep. This is horrible. What can I do?
