Alex you sound like you stress too easy you need to learn to relax before bed time try a couple of these tips:
1: Stick to a schedule get up and go to bed the same time as much as you can.
2: Avoid nicotine or caffeine
3: sleep in a slightly cool room
4: have a hot shower or bath before bed
5: dont eat or drink before bedtime
6: dont play playstation your mind becomes more active
7: meditation
8: read or listen to soft relaxing music
