I also do this in my sleep! Im 17 and I have been researching this and I am so happy that I found someone else who does this as well. Some people complain of pain in the arms, but I don't have pain. I usually awake when my arms are still up in the air and I am moving them around. It scares me more than anything - It's a scary feeling to wake up and see your arms reaching up into the air!
