I used to wake up in the morning at 7:20am everyday. This is because if I was late I would be in serious trouble. Now I work from home but I generally wake up at 12 noon or later. I don't know what to do! I have 3 alarm clocks that are all loud and they don't wake me up.
Are there some vitamins I can take or something to help?
