P.S. to my earlier post -- I had a sleep study done, and it came out totally NORMAL. Amazing. That day I did wake up early. Not so hard to do when you're totally wired from head to toe and sleeping in a strange room, I guess. But, no evidence of sleep apnea, twitchy legs, breathing difficulty, lack of REM -- NADA. I sleep normally -- just couldn't wake up.
