memory foam mattress toppers

does anyone have any experience with the temperpedic/like mattress toppers?i have fibromyalsia ,osteoarthritis and mild scoliosis so i need something good for my back.we bought a high quality mattress and box 7 months ago but its too firm for me i need some cushion.any suggestions?
