Actually is was a recipe from a manuscript in a private collection dating back to the time of Solomon. That was pre-voodoo. It was not channeled but rediscovered. There was a young boy who went to church with his neighbor and they were reading Daniel One. He pestered alot of the local ministers wanting to know what it was that made Daniel so wise. Actively he searched for the formula of pulse as a young man-it was like a hobby, a qwest for him. I guess he took a job as a sort of curator of a private collection and found some manuscripts of what he was seeking-the formulation for pulse. He knows some ancient languages and I am thinking that particular one was in ancient Greek.

The recipe for pulse contained fruits, nuts, oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seed, amaranth, buckwheat, barley, brown rice millet, and flax among other foods. It is kind of a crumbly formula that was a common place food in those days. Maybe like we have pringles and fritos now.

Empirically, eating legumes does not lead to one becoming very well fleshed and wise as Daniel and his companions were described as being in Daniel One. The formulation of pulse very much supports the brain and nervous system and will help with aggression and psychological imbalance as well.

There is parched pulsed mentioned in other books that did have some legumes such as peas. The way is was parched was a chamber was made underground with two tunnels facing specific directions for maximum airflow. The air flowed across it an rapidly dried it while preserving many of the nutrients.
