Hi! I really need help! I've been vegetarian since i was very very young through my own decision. My parents allowed me, and were very supportive of me, when i was three years old and told them i didn't like meat. They thought i'd grow out of it eventually but i never did and never want to. But as i've grown older i've become more strict about the things i eat. For a while when i was younger, i ate fish, gelatin and other things along those lines. Now i'm older i've cut them out of my diet completely, but i'm lost when it comes to some things i see on labels. If it says Rennet, does it always mean animal rennet? It's just we got some cheese, and it said Rennet on it so i won't eat it just incase, but everything else i've stopped eating usually says 'Animal Rennet' not just 'rennet'. I'm getting terribly confused but would appreciate any help anyone can offer as to what bi-products etc are not okay for a strict vegetarian like me :) Thanks!
