Who the hell do you think you are? Your bloody cats have no business on anybody else's property. The truth is as long as he does not physically harm the stupid things, he has every right to humanely trap them and bring them to the SPCA to have them PUT TO SLEEP. From now on, why dont your keep your toxoplasmosis laden felines away from your neighbors and show them a little respect.
