Cabinets made of naturally felled woods and finished with non-toxic stains. Drywall made from recycled materials with non-toxic paint finish. Charcoal poured concrete floor: absorbs solar radiation to naturally heat the home. Plyboo floor finish: "hardwood" floor made of bamboo.

Solar energy, radiant heat, nontoxic and recycled building materials. Sinks, tubs, fireplaces, countertops, dining room table, and coffee table are made from Syndecrete. Syndecrete is a lightweight concrete developed out of approximately 50% recycled materials. Paints: zero-VOC (volatile organic compounds) interior paint, which emits no pollutants. Natural linseed and tung oils were used on exposed wood. Burnished concrete floors (to prevent unwanted moist which can usually be found in carpets).
